The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. They were always willing to assist and answer any questions I had. The location of the hotel was great, situated on a cozy street and close to public transportation. This made it easy for me to explore the city and commute to different areas. Additionally, there was a common room where I could enjoy free coffee in the mornings, which was a nice touch.
The double room consisted of a bunk bed with very hard mattresses. The room itself was extremely small, barely enough space to turn around.

The location of this hotel was very convenient, just 10 minutes away from the JR line and perfect if you're arriving from the airport. The street it's located on was quiet and had plenty of shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the helpful staff who were able to assist me with extending my stay.
There were some negative aspects to my experience at this hotel. the layout of the hotel was quite congested, especially when it came to the bathrooms.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with two important aspects of this guesthouse. Firstly, the location was key - it was within walking distance of two train stations and had several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This made it very convenient to explore the city and grab a quick bite to eat. Secondly, the staff was friendly and helpful, always there to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Additionally, we enjoyed the cleanliness of the shower rooms and bathrooms, making our stay comfortable and pleasant.
One downside we encountered was the thin walls of the guesthouse. We could hear everything happening outside our room and in neighboring rooms, which disrupted our sleep at times.
Tourists from United States often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
